About Us

Meet Dr. Amitoj Mehta

I feel blessed and love being an orthodontist. my passion to strive and provide best orthodontic treatment for my patients motivates me to do what i do whole-heartedly. after completing bachelors of dental surgery in vydehi institute of dental sciences (2009) in india, i attended university of illinois at chicago for obtaining doctor of dental surgery degree(2013). I then completed orthodontic residency program at uic (2016) obtaining specialty license in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. i am a member of the american association of orthodontics, illinois society of orthodontics and american dental association.

 

Currently i am into full time private practice in Chicago.

 

I enjoy spending leisure time with my family and friends. I also do enjoy travelling, playing cricket and watching basketball.

 

I am very thankful and grateful to my teachers(gurus) and mentors at vids and rc who helped me learn and grow as a dental student. the memories I cherish with my friends from school are like none other.

 

I am looking forward to visiting my school sometime soon.

For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

FINANCIAL​

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

APPOINTMENTS​

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

CANCELLATION​​

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
